The Thorntree River Lodge Trading Post, the first in a series of small shops in some of our properties is up and running! Traditionally defined as a small settlement for trading, typically in a remote area, you can find all sorts of curios made locally.

The Trading Post is one of three. One can find a Trading Post at Linyanti Bush Camp and Somalisa Camp. Each carrying an array of curios, jewellery, clothing and more. Most of the items are inspired by Africa: the culture and the people around the camps.
Twaambo, our lovely shop assistant is 29 years old.
Twaambo is a mother of two beautiful girls. She loves to bake, sing and dance in her free time.
