The Peech Hotel was built in the 1950s. Originally, it was a family home for over 40 years. James Peech purchased the property in 2002 and the Peech Hotel opened its doors in 2004. Since then, it has been repaired and transformed into Johannesburg’s most iconic boutique hotel, with five distinct room types, two restaurants, and two acres of lush grounds.

Guests can expect five different room types, which include five classic rooms, five luxury rooms, two Peech suites, and one Peech villa. The Peech Hotel exudes luxury and comfort, whether it’s for a pit stop on the route to Cape Town or a romantic vacation in Jozi. Each room is unique, both in terms of size and intimacy. The rooms include Kalahari toiletries, fluffy towels, and plush dressing robes, and our baths.
