About the job

Description We are looking for an experienced paid search specialist to join our marketing team. Your main objective will be the optimisation and management of our paid ad campaigns across search and social. You should be highly skilled in search engine marketing (SEM) with strong analytical and financial acumen and have a proven track record of medium to big scale social campaigns. Complimentary experience with organic search optimisation would be highly beneficial.


  • Planning, executing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google in multiple markets and languages
  • Planning, executing and optimising our social ads via Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Work closely with stakeholders to meet campaign objectives and ensure optimal delivery
  • Working to revenue and CPA targets, while spending to budget
  • Working closely on strategy with the Head of Marketing
  • Building out our paid search reporting
  • Extending our use of audiences and customer lists across social and paid search
  • Develop and execute tests (ad copy, landing pages, audiences, etc.)
  • Leverage multiple sources of customer data to inform, target and optimise campaigns
  • Keep abreast of changes and new opportunities that become available
  • Ensure optimal retargeting strategies are in place


About you

  • You’ve spent a minimum of 3 years managing paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram – ideally for a high growth company
  • You love a good KPI and have a results focused mindset
  • You are a real self-starter happy to work on your own steam
  • Great understanding of performance marketing
  • You have a good working knowledge of analytics platforms
  • You are a stickler for detail with a sharp, analytical mind
  • In depth YouTube knowledge is beneficial
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Vitally, you have a passion for search, both paid and organic!
