From the elevated main area deck, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to nature’s wonders. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the dedicated hide beneath the deck, which puts you at eye level with the animals, offering the perfect vantage point to capture candid interactions.

Your safari concludes at Nyamatusi Camp, which rests on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River in Mana Pools National Park – a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its rugged beauty. Here, game drives, canoe safaris, fishing excursions, and birding bring you close to the park’s diverse wildlife. Mana Pools is legendary for its walking safaris, offering encounters with endangered wild dogs (also known as painted wolves) and other remarkable animals on foot. After a day immersed in the wild, unwind with a drink by the firepit or a refreshing dip in the plunge pool as the sunset over the Zambezi River takes center stage. Nyamatusi Camp is the quintessential safari: elevated, breathtaking, and exclusive.

Wildlife

At our camps in Mana Pools National Park you’ll find some of wild life celebrities. Including Boswell, who has learned to heave himself onto his hind legs to reach the Ana tree leaves and Mitch, the resident hippo that hangs around Zambezi Expeditions. Among other wildlife such as wild dog, hyena and lion.
